In this special solo episode for Mental Health Awareness Month, I take you all through my personal anxiety and mental health journey, the tools I still use that have gotten me to where I am today, and answer your questions about anxiety.
I’ve shared bits and pieces of my journey on other podcasts and in my book, 100 Ways to Change Your Life, but this is the first time I’m sharing it in its entirety.
If I can make even just one person feel less alone on their own anxiety journey with this episode, that’s my ultimate goal. Not only do we need to break the stigma around mental health, we need to build up supportive communities. As you’ll hear, community is so incredibly important.
Please be aware that this episode discusses anxiety, PTSD, OCD, anorexia, and seizures. If any of those topics are triggering for you, it may be best to sit this episode out. I love you and I’ll see you next week!
