Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oat flour⁣
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder⁣
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon ⁣
  • 1/2 cup hulled hemp hearts ⁣
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt⁣
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats ⁣
  • 1 cup unsalted, unsweetened peanut butter (I highly prefer crunchy in this recipe but smooth works too, as do other nut/seed butters!)⁣
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup⁣
  • 3 pasture-raised eggs⁣
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ⁣
  • Chocolate chips
  • M&M-type candies to top

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, hemp hearts, salt, and rolled oats.
  3. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla, and stir until smooth. Mix in chocolate chips and spread in a parchment-lined 9×9” or 8×8” pan. Add more chocolate chips and M&M candies on top.
  4. Bake until golden at edges, about 30 minutes. Let cool completely in pan before cutting into squares. Enjoy!!
