Ingredients

Scale
  • A few handfuls of spinach 
  • 34 ice cubes of pumpkin puree (just freeze canned pumpkin puree in an ice cube tray, then pop it out when you’re ready to use it)⁣⁣
  • 3 pitted Medjool dates ⁣⁣
  • 3 spoonfuls of hulled hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice 
  • 1 handful of raw pecans
  • Filtered water⁣⁣ (start out with the smallest amount possible and add liquid as you go to keep it creamy) 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more water as needed!
  2. This serves two, so save some for tomorrow’s breakfast or share with someone you love. ⁣
