- 1 cup pecans
- 4 cloves garlic
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Pulse pecans, garlic, and salt in blender or food processor until the mixture is the texture of coarse sand.
- Add mixture to skillet along with olive oil and maple syrup.
- Sauté over medium heat until fragrant and golden, about 5 minutes. Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge for up to a week and enjoy!
